![]() I tried number 5 and my rate was 5-10 kb/s from 8 sources. No brick wall and I've performed the other steps several times. I even removed the registry entries the last time i did a uninstall/reinstall. When I download other programs i.e. XP SP2 my xfer rate was around 100. My isp is mediatti in okinawa japan but like i said, until i did my format and reload last weekend LW was running great. |
