 This problem is well known and although I do not doubt your good intentions, your approach here is against the forum rules !! Besides, even with a very good AV program, the chance are still pretty good that you catch a trojan anyway, since the signature updates of those AV programs will always be behind the new viruses/trojans appearing every day...... First there will be the virus, then the protection against it......
