 Reasons for that happening is usually because LW is not closed properly before you shutdown the computer. More reasons are explained here Downlds refuse to reload (click on link). BTW with LW 4.12, if you resume the incompletes from the library>incomplete folder, then they will continue from % from where they were. This is only the case with LW 4.12, else they will start from zero %.  |
