m4a files I have downloaded, what I thought was a song, but the file won't play and I can't seem to find any referance to a m4a file and how to play it. any help would be greatly appr.  |
Read here about m4a: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPEG-4_Part_14 Then go here to download the free VLC player with built-in codecs. I'm sure it will be able to play the file: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h1.../Smilywais.gif |
Sorry about the e-mail, just figured out how the reply thing worked. |
From your email I read that you're still using an quite old Java version. Do yourself a favour and uninstall this version when LW is completely closed, then reboot and install the newest version of Java (1.5.0_07) using the JRE offline installer from here: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp After you've installed the Java, reboot again. As for your m4a problem, follow my suggestion above. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h1.../Smilywais.gif |
