Could you edit out the movie name please? We're not allowed to mention downloading of copyrighted material Forum Rules

Using the latest version of LW has solved the redirecting problem for most people!

Look up a movie before download with Bitzi. If the file's been rated then you'll get an idea of it's content & quality
How to use Bitzi

ok, ive got the knew version, and the website thing doesn't come up anymore when i double click it.

Im using bitzi but all the files that ive dun that with say there is no information, and none of the files are downloading, they just sit on connecting or need more sources.

Ill keep lookin for a good one, but till then anyone have any other suggestions i could try in durring the wait?

edit - a quick question, i just got the new version of LW and is KB the same as MB? if not how big is a KB? or is KB any different from kb?

Stay away from files with heaps of sources (up to 100 at times), these are the most likely to be fakes. The ones that sit 'connecting' forever & then go straight to 'need more sources' are usually fakes.
Try the All Types search, look for movie title - format you like (eg movie - avi). Also search for actors' names, or even the director's name. Search at different times of day, as users in other time zones log on & off, new files become available.

* 1MB = 1000KB

kb are kilobits, 1000 bits. Kilobytes = 1000 bytes. 8 bits = 1 byte, so they are completely different!!

ok, ive found one that people have posted about on bitzi and they all say that it is good, i actually found it and it started donwloading, then i try to preview it and it says the wrong codec/bad file message thing, the movie is a .avi and i have other avi movires and they work fine, so has this file just gone bad? or is there sumthing i can use to make it work?

Try playing it with VLC player. It has codecs installed & is very reliable. You can download it here. If VLC won't play it then chances are that it's a bad file.
Just one thing though, if you're using Windows you'll have to preview by opening your incomplete folder outside of LW. For some reason, VLC doesn't let Windows users preview or launch within LW
