can't download video
 

please...i don't know whats wrong....i am trying to download ************ !!!!it saying i need more sources,but there are many sources....after that is telling me to wait 300 sec....
before it was working,now it's not....i tryed to reinstall but it's same....

i' using kasperski anti virus....
can anyone help me....
