 Hi Betsy. I have no idea what this "Bug Fix" is and am wondering if it is in fact some kind of spyware that you might have somehow downloaded. Do you run regular checks with Anti Virus and Anti Spyware programmes. I'm not an expert on Windows, but something seems a little fishy here.
