Their requests accumulate & are then centered toward those who have the file. My understanding of this is  but that's the way it seems to be. Some requests may even be old ones & not necessarily real-time. What this equates to is more difficulty in connecting to the larger files such as video files & more difficulty in getting slots for such which may mean not getting optimum slots for speed. But I don't know. |
