wow this sucks

i have downloaded a few movies . i browse them first to see if they are what i am wanting to down load . the problem is the sound is off maybe 20 to thirty seconds from the movie . i check during the browse to make sure everything is in sync and when it is i just continue the download .what could be causing this ? thanks
