newbie and computer dufuss...but trying...

Hey,..... first ,I want to apologize b/c I am SURE the answers to my Q's ARe in the threads..it's not that I'm lazy or can't read ...I'm just retarded. Old guy genetically undisposed to computer technology.......But Trying.!!....my Q is I cant seem to successfully burn a CD ...I am using Sony CD-R 700mb ( 1x32x speed comp) CD recordable shiny things....I libraried my tunes 54-40( band from the 80's) stuff and put the CD in to burn went to my burn program ( I get Limewire has no burn thing etc) and burned the CD..( I thought) I went to play it in my car..Ford Radio/CD ...and it says " BAD CD" or something and just spits the CD out????? PLEASE HELP THE RETARDED BOY !!! oh ya ..YES you will have to walk me through, "whatever" your solution/explanation is....like you would have to do for a small child..or a bug...
