Insane Download Count I'm new to this forum, so I don't know if this problem has come up here (I'm sure it has, I just don't know where to find it . . . ). Anyway, the little download count bubble that's next to the globe icon on the bottom toolbar says that I have 1,000+ downloads. I just downloaded the program about a week ago, and I'm positive that I haven't downloaded that many files. I think that some files I have downloaded have additional, hidden files attached to it. But I'm not sure about this. I delete the actual files I download that are placed in the Shared file because I have specific folders I copy the downloaded files to. This doesn't seem to help the case; the counter will delete one or two files, but the 1,000+ still remain. Is there a way I can fix this problem? It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help out. Thanks in Advance, Jade |
Beware, don't download files that are less that 1,000 KB (1 MB) in size. Most are viruses or other trash. Have a look at WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! (click on link) as this problem has been listed before. I'd highly recommend you register at Norbie's site & follow his instructions & he will help you solve this issue; NorbiesWorld (click on link) |
