cant download anything at all

dont know why this is i think it might be because of something i chose on the first download i tried ive already uninstalled and reinstalled and problem is not fixed what should i do?

It could be a lisence issue, try this and see if it helps....
Tools > options > searching and make sure the Lisence Warning box is not ticked > then apply....:rolleyes_2:
