Dling Song problems HELP

Whenever I try to download a song after searching it , I try to double click the song as it normally would download but it doesn't seem to download , I than proceeded to Right Click it and manually select Download , nothing either , My Question is , How the **** do I fix this it's pissing me off:)

If the song's not even moving into the download pane, might be a license issue. click on the link below
