 I'm from Brazil-Rio de Janeiro My ISP is Predialnet. I already tried to download from http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml and it didn't work. When i called them i ask to talk to the net administrator and he sayd to me that they don't shape it and my connection is fine. They have a VPN that the clients connect and can use p2p programs, but when i connect to the VPN my p2p get worst then without it. I don't know... maybe he's lying???
