Downloads movie trailer, no movie

I am new to all this. My LW will show it's downloading the movie and goes to 100% but when it is complete and I preview the download it only shows that it has downloaded the movie trailer. What am I doing wrong? I posted on another thread by mistake, until I finally found this one.
