need some advice
 

I did a broadband test and my results were 391.08 kilobytes d/l and 44.84 kilobytes u/l speed. can anyone tell me what my settins should be in order to the fastest d/l speeds. i also got between 22KB and 40 KB when i d/l a magnet mix. sure could use some help, the d/l slider doesn't reach 391 kilobyte. ?? I also did a modem speed test and this was the results... 43,404.3 Kbps and 5319.1 K bytes. what does this mean?
