Default Network Downloading

I remember searching one time for music that was already on another computer of mine. It came up, and under one of the categories it said something different. And so I downloaded that one and it took like 4 seconds to download because it was from my other computer. So now I want to transfer all the music on the other computer on to my new computer. Is there any way to do that? I tried searching for songs on my other computer but the special icon I had seen before didnt come up again.

To transfer? Of course, if they are properly networked then it should be easy. It would also be the fastest technique. Else use a portable media such as CD-RW/DVD-RW/Super floppy/Zip disk, etc.

To download, direct connect from one LW to the other on the other computer. Press the direct connect search tab to find the ip of the LW you're on. Then go to the other LW on the other computer & use that ip number in a direct connect. At least I presume this will work. If not, find one of the files in a search using LW, then browse host, & select all that's found & download.

Normally direct connect will not work on people on a network, but since you're connecting internally on a LAN, it may work. At least the browse will achieve what you want.
