Won't install on Windows ME
 

I tried to install the Limewire software (I have Windows ME) and in the process of downloading the Java2TM runtime environment standard edition, the program froze. I went to Add/Remove programs and the Java softwared was there. Then I clicked on the Limewire install wizard to continue installing and it comes up with the error message "1628: failed to complete installation". I have even deleted the Limewire file and re-installed it, but I get the same message. If anyone has any ideas about what I am doing wrong, please let me know. Thanks!
