Oh yeah I just checked the user feedback:

Pros: follows p2p concept
Cons: Very slow performance in searches and takes ages for download.

To add to the voes it downloads some virus without your knwoledge, unless you gonna have a good antivirus programs like Quick Heal or Norton most of them dont detect them either.

Lot better alternatives available to this p2p package. Ask you to update all the time opens its webpage when you open the software.
Not good for outside mp3 searches, very poor in video searches.
Displays loads of junk files, already corrupted some of my friends harddisk, all in all a very sorry state software.
I would Straight away recommend you to try alternative p2p software.
Double thumbs down.

And how easy is it for other gnutella programs to connect to? I've never heard of it or seen it. It could be another "leecher" program similar to RAZA that's hit the market. After all, if it runs more than one network, then it will not do good service for gnutella for other users to connect to. That's the problem with most multi network programs.
