4 kb/s on a BROADBAND connection

My download speed was 50kb/s last week and now it wont go above 5kb/s.

My firewall is turned off. There is no brick wall in the connection status box.

Limewire PRO - Version 4.12.3
Internet connection speed is 512/128
ISP is People Telecom - Australia
Toshiba Intel Centrino Dual Processor laptop computer - Brand New

I have made no changes to LimeWire, my firewall, my computer or anything.

I am definetly not being shaped as i have a 20GB download limit which i never all of it, there is no peak and off peak times to download with my ISP and my ISP does not restict p2p.

I have read previous posts as various people have had this problem before, they are not very good at answering questions when people try to help them so those threads were no use to me.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
