download issue

I changed ISP recently and an now not able to download. I get a message that says searching for sources. What steps are needed to correct this problem. D

Who is your ISP and did you check that they don't shape P2P....:rolleyes_2:

isp is time warner cable road runner and i do not know what p2p is or how to check it thanx for help
