Help! Occuring message when trying to download anything at all!

I get an occuring message when trying to download anything at all.

It says Disk Problem

Help!

Possibilities other than the usual lack of disk space are that your HD need Defragmenting. You may have a large number of files in the download pane awaiting sources.
