Instead of multiple posting, why don't you use the forum search to see if you can find a solution to your problem. We're volunteers here, there aren't many of us on right now & being precious about your problem is not going to get you help any faster. Do you honestly expect an answer straight away? Be patient:rolleyes:

...sorry

I'm so sorry, i don't really know much about this.

Besides what birdy already pointed out....!!!

Did you try to open the file using the built-in player of LW??
If so, check whether the player is enabled....(go LW>Tools>Options>Player).
or
it might be a codecs issue....
You could try to use a different media player such as the free VLC player with built-in codecs which can play almost all media files without problems. You can download it from here:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
As a side note, to preview files with it you'll have to open the files directly from the Incomplete folder and not via the LW preview function.

Go LW>Library>Saved Files and click Explore. The folder containing all the saved files will open. Choose the file you want to listen to by right-clicking it. Then choose "Open with...". Choose the VLC player......that's it.
