Need More Sources??!!
 

I've been running limewire for about a year now and have had tremendous sucess until last night. Now everytime I choose a file, no matter how many hosts it says it has, it will always, always say "needs more sources." I've tried pausing and restarting. I have deleted and then re-downloaded limewire. I have tried the Bitzi thing. I have gone through the preferences up and down and nothing has worked. Please, PLEASE help me!!!:confused:

Are these files connecting for ages & then showing 'need more sources'? If that's the case, sounds like fake files. Try a new search & vary search terms (for songs, look for artist or album rather than song title. For movies, try actors' names or director's name). Check the sticky below for more info

If this is happening with every file (look for a really old song or movie & try modem sources, just as a test)...delete LW's preferences folder when LW's closed. Points 2 & 3 below explain how:)

Appreciated, but I am running Mac OSX 10.3.9. Different fixes required. Plus if it were an easy offline fix like that, believe me, I would have found it. Thanks a lot anyway, I appreciate the response.:Smilywais:
