help wirh url

previously i was connected to 360 share & each time i downloaded a tune, i just dropped the music file into my itunes library. with limewire each time i replicate this move a box comes onto the screen saying file c documents %20 and settings% 20 mc/s does not seem to be a valid podcast url. please check you have entered the correct url and try again... can anybody help
