Needs More Sources

I keep getting this message with EVERYTHING I download. I know that some things can say that and can be fixed by just downloading a different one. But for me, its been saying this for every single one I download. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Take a look at this ..in paricular the connection problems post at the top .. quite a read, but worth the effort, and not all will apply to you. Also see the last link re:fake files.
