 What player are you using and what file type are you playing? For instance, I have tried to play mp4 video files on Windows Media Player and have gotten audio but no video. I had to play it on Quicktime. Read this for info on VLC player (recommended often because it can play many file types): VLC player - making default, previewing, launching etc (Windows) Good Luck   |
