In the library section where it says locations what does that mean? and in the same section where it says hits but i never see any uploads going what dose that mean

Locations = number of hosts from which you downloaded the file and number of hosts to whom the file has been uploaded.

Do you see the firewall icon (brick wall in front of the blue globe)? In LW go tools > options > bug reports > view example. Scroll down to 'recieved incoming this session'. If it's true, other people can upload from you. If it's false, something (usually a firewall) is stopping you from recieving incoming connections & you'll see few or no uploads.
