disk problem

when i try to download movies i keep getting disk problem, why is this ?

Your hard drive may be full...how much space do you have left?

c drive has 2.74gb
d drive has 3.34gb
e is pretty much full

i did do a disk clean up and i did try to send to c and try d, but i didnt shut down, i have shut down now so i try again, i let you know

i tried to send it to c drive but didnt work, downloaded about 5% then disk problem came up again
