Whenever I try to launch a download...

It always says limewire will not launch the specified file for security reasons. I took down my firewall and I still have the problem. Whats the problem?

What's the file type? You can't launch program files within LW. If you want to launch, you'll have to do it from your saved folder. In LW's library, click on Saved files then click Explore...your saved folder will open.

Be very careful with .zip, .rar & .exe files...they're often infected (I'd say stay right away from them). Make sure you scan any downloaded files with your AV before opening them.

I had the same problem. But after I tried opening it from my saved file folder it says ' Fatal Error: Could not find the [Edit] data directory' ([Edit] being the game i tried to download'

also do you know where/how i can successfully download [Edit] full versions?

Hint... Look for .iso files
