Downloads are so slow HELP!

Yesterday i was downloading @ 115 Kb/s and today the max speed am getting is only 9 Kb/s. Can anybody help me PLZ?

What type of file are you downloading? How about yesterday?
How many sources are there? How about yesterday?
Are you downloading at the same time of day?

Mostly MPG and MP3

I've been downloadin at different times of the day and the speed never improves past 9 Kb/s when i did have 115 Kb/s it was 10:00 am yesterday when i downloaded an mp3
