 Ok firstly go to Tools > Options > Searching > Lisence warning and make sure the box is not ticked.... Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall your Java and then download the latest JRE offline installer http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp Once that is done we need to get rid of that firewall, can you have a look underneath the modem/router for the model number of your Westell..
