![]() Thank you for posting this!!! My computer spontaneously rebooted a day after installing the Limewire 2.0 beta, and when it restarted I got an error message "Explorer.exe failed to load." Of course, it sounded like a serious error but everything seemed to work fine. I poked around a little and discovered the fake version of Explorer.exe! I submitted it to Symantec on 12/25 (or so) but never heard back from them. The virus notice you linked to was posted on 12/27, so they must have id'd it soon after I submitted it. I didn't know for sure, though, which program had Done It! |
