hay ppl can you help plz ive downloaded 2 films and they play but you can only hear them thears no picture can any one giv mi sum advice plz :idea:

You need to have the necessary codecs installed for your player, if you are using XP this pack is great....http://www.xpcodecpack.com/

But easier still just get the VLC player it plays just about everything because it has all the codecs installed already....
