 Go to Tools>Options>View and mark the square "Revert to Default", then click "Apply" and "Ok"... Afterwards, with your first download attempt you will be ask if you wish to download files without license. Mark the square saying something like "Use always this answer" and then click "Yes". That should do the trick.
