 Your Java is a bit outdated try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE offline version....(5th one down) http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp... If that still make no difference let us know...But could you also supply these details please.. What's the name of your ISP ? What is the make and model number for your modem/router ? Do you see a wall in front of the globe in LW ?
