How to transfer media player files to Itunes
 

I downloaded tones of music and it was on the Itunes format, then I disconected and when I was ready to transfer it to I tunes library it automaticly transfered all my music to windows media player format... I would like all my music to be in Itunes format and stay like that...what am I supoosed to do???? HELP PLEASE~

Do you mean that the icon next to the songs has changed from iTunes to WMP?
Sounds like WMP has become your default player. If you want to see the iTunes symbol, you'll have to make iTunes your default player;)

Go to your LW library. Click on one of your songs then click Explore. Now your saved folder's open. Right click on a song > open with > choose program. Select iTunes from the list. Tick the box to always use this program to open files of this type > ok.

That should do it:)

I tried and now my songs say that file cannot open because file is corrupt from transfer
now what do I do?
