 As a file nears completion LW will start dropping hosts and sometimes it'll hang at 99 or 100%. Try shutting down LW completely and restarting it. A lot of times that'll prompt LW to finish the file. You could also just move the file from the incompletes to your shared folder. If it says it's 100% complete then the file should be ok. You may have to edit the title, if it has the long number in front of it that designates it as an incomplete file.
