I had to reformat my hard drive. Lost access to LimeWire Pro. Lost all my e-mails. Trying to get LimeWire back without any success. I've only had 2 e-mail addresses in my life. Neither work for access to LimeWire support. Purchased LimeWire for $18.88 in Nov. of 2005. All I have to prove that I purchased LimeWire is a single piece of paper with a Reference Number of VKVC0DB6099E, saying that my transaction was approved. What should I do?

You'll have to d/load the Basic(free) version or purchase Pro again. Buying Pro gets you 6 months of free updates, after that if something happens to it your on your own. It's unfortunate that you had to reformat your hdd, but you should have backed up the version you had. The Basic version is a very good program.
