browsing other users files pllleeeaasssssee help im going insane!!!

i have been on limewire pro for about a year with no problems however my computer recently had to be reformatted so limewire was installed again. However this time when i'm downloading and rightclick to select 'browse host' it acts like its searching the host but always returns no results. I know this isnt because every single person i browse has no files because it would say (0) after the ip address in the search tab but it doesn't even say that... PLEASE HELP I'M GOING INSANE!!!!

Make sure XP firewall is configured to allow LW full access: Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link)
The reason you can't browse a host may be because you have no combined upload or download slots or bandwidth left over. It may also be due to them for same reason or they are firewalled. Check your upload slots & make sure it's set to at least one or more.
