Great connection but I am not able to download..HELP!
 

I have a great connection with Limewire, all the green bars are lit up but when I go to download it stays at "connecting". I get lots of search results but when I click on the item to download it just stays at "connecting" for atleast 5 - 10 minutes then eventually goes to "needs more sources". At first I thought maybe it was because I was trying to download popular songs and all the users were possibly busy but it does this with every song you can possibly think of. I'm sure this has been posted before but I'm a newbie! Please help! BTW, all I'm trying to download is music.

You might be seeing fake files, these will sit connecting for ages & then get stuck needing sources...they won't ever download. Always check movies with Bitzi before download. Music doesn't get rated on Bitzi as much...search for artist or album name rather than song title. Use the All Types search. Stay away from popular files with huge numbers of sources...go for a file with 10 sources or less;)

If you'd read the links I posted before, you'd have your answers...well, apart from why your sig isn't displayed...I don't know why that wouldn't be displayed.

i did read your first post i was just making a general comment and i cant open those links - hence why i asked

but well my sig is there now so iono O_o

Well I have no idea why you can't open those links...they work fine for me. Try using the forum search instead.
