Files changed to zip files

Hello,
Some how all my music changed to zip files in my library?? How do I change it back to normal so that they will play...

Oh dear not good....You have a virus.. The only AV that I know of to get rid of this virus is AVG, it is free...So if you aren't running that AV the best thing to do is disable the one you have and download AVG, scan your computer, get rid of the virus and then you can unistall AVG and make your normal AV active again...

The only side effect to this virus is that you have lost your downloads...

how can i disable AV and i have Norton Internet Security, also by doing all this will my music go back to normal?

Turn Norton off for now and download AVG, run the scan, you will be suprised at what it finds...

In your PM you said that Norton didn't detect anything, it wont only AVG picks this little nasty up...

Unfortunatley you have lost all of your downloads to this virus as well...
