i purchased limewirepro and somehow lost it. when i went to the limewire site to download it again it said i had to enter the email address it was purchased with. i entered my email address but it said it wasn't found. i don't see any other way to contact limewire. does anyone know how?

How much did you pay and what website did you dn/ld it from ? Just curious.

i bought it Sept. 2006 at Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download « and paid $18.88. it said it was paid to Lime Wire LLC. i just read on someone elses post that they had the same problem and someone replied that if you bought it more that 6 months ago you're out of luck. is that true?

Yes that is correct. 6 months of updates and email support. It is always a good idea to save the pro installer. There are members that have saved much older installers that they can go back to if need be. If you didn't save then probably need to buy again. Other members may have more information on this. I myself am relativly new at all this. I've had Limewire for about a year and am still learning the technical aspects of the program. There's alot more to it than just dn/lding music and movies if you care to take the time to figure it all out, inwhich I do. Hope this helps.

I need help with limewire reinstallation........i did everyhting but when i get to the step in deleting limewire from the application data folder and error message pops up saying access is denied and i cannot delete this file.........so help me out what do i do to finally delete this file?
