First! close L/W completely, then Go, START/My Computer/local disc C:/ Documents & settings/Your User Name/Application Data Now Delete the LimeWire Folder. If you cant find Application Data Folder,GO to Tools/folder Options,& tick, show hidden folders, You can put the setting back afterwards to protect your computer. note: You will have to reset your, Tools/options in L/W Later. Now! Go to, START/Set Program Access/Change or Remove Programs, now completely remove all versions of java. Now! Use this Blue Link to get "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 12" Use the off line installer, NOT the (recommended) one, 4th one down. Java SE Downloads - Previous Release - JDK 5 Disconnect from internet, close ALL apps n reinstall java. Don't forget to reset your options in L/W, License warning n stuff. Go to Tools > Options > Searching > License warning and make sure the setting is how you want it, and then select apply.... Your feedback will help others Any Problems Shout. Peace.
