Everytime I do a search for a more obscure song (and sometimes video), I get tons of these fake results that are usually under 200kb and the "title" matches my search query exactly. I know these are all fakes and a lot of them are the same size. How do I filter these annoying results out? I wouldn't even know how since the title changes to fit the search query.

Right click on them and mark them as junk.
