 Just strange, I just restarted Limewire Pro, now all my seven simultaneous downloads do not go over 10 kbs. Then they all drop to 0. When they go again after 10/15 secs, the highest was 48 kbs. And then all back down to below 10 kbs. Do you guys reckon that my isp is behind these oscillations? I don't see how it could be otherwise... And btw, I download from 7/10 users, so that's not the problem... Damn...  |
