Explain to me like I am a two year old - getting music to my iPod?

Hi, like the title says, explain to me like I am a two year old, because I just can't figure it out. How do I get my music from Limewire to my iPod, I have it shared "my name" LImewire, but I just cannot download it.

And yes, help badly needed.
