Help! Songs won't Download! (1 connection bar)

I've had Limewire for a while now. It just recently started to download songs really slow. Now, it won't download songs at all. There is only one green bar and it won't change now. I checked and my firewall is down. I re- downloaded it about a few weeks ago and it worked fine for 2 days. Then, the problem happened again. I think Limewire is just messed up on my computer for some reason.
