My downloads are missing.
 

I have Limewire (not sure which version) and it was working fine until recently. I have about 300 songs saved in my library. When I open Limewire the songs are there and they play fine. However, in my actual Limewire folder (where I'm saving the music to), most of them do not show up (about 50 did, though). I have 'show hidden files' on and everything.

The strange thing about this is, if I use the 'open' function at the bottom of the library pane, and go to my folder and select 'all files' and not just the m3u ones, they all show up. So Limewire is recognising that there are the 300 odd files there, but they do not appear in my folder when i manually look for them.

What is going on?

ps I have tried looking in the 'incomplete' folder and in Shared, but there is nothing. I have also checked my 'save' destination thoroughly and they are definitely being saved to this folder.

Try searching your hdd for them. They should all be in the same place. The default location of your saved folder is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared.
