No need to type on capitals, it looks like you're shouting.

The file may be waiting for the last bit of verification but the person who has the original file has all slots busy. Best just to leave it until you close LW or re-search it in case someone else has it. Chances are next time you open LW it may well get verified, else as suggested elsewhere. Just move it out of the incomplete folder after you close LW. To access the incomplete folder, go to your LW Library window, select incomplete folder & press the Explore button. The folder will then open up for you. You can then drag & drop or cut & paste into another location. Of course you can access your other downloads the same way except you select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button.
